Childress Sports Consulting offers the following services:

• Career Development – Workshops & Keynotes: We facilitate informative, interactive, and inspiring professional development seminars for student-athletes, professional athletes, college students, and athletic professionals — specializing in careers in sports. These 90-minute sessions are unlike any other career development program out there! Our participants leave inspired to take action with the resources we provide to connect to their dream careers.
• Social Media Education – Workshops & Presentations: We empower student-athletes, athletic administrators and coaches to build strategies for effective communication with all mainstream and social media platforms from Facebook to Twitter and beyond!  Our expertise in sports media and athletic administration helps athletic departments create a win-win communication strategy. We equip participants to not only win the press conference, but to win with all forms of communication on a daily basis.
• Leadership Training – Workshops, Retreats & Keynotes: We believe that everyone can become a leader, and we design programs to develop the leader in each of us.  Our programs help student-athletes, coaches, and athletic administrators build their leadership capacities by identifying the key values they live by, and how to exercise those values on- and off- the field of sport.
• Recruiting Education — Workshops & Training: We provide high school student-athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic administrators with information to facilitate the successful transition from high school to collegiate athletics. We share insight and expertise on the recruiting process, and readiness academically, athletically, and socially. Financial aid and scholarships are also discussed in detail. We facilitate our services through community workshops and individual consulting.
• Special Services: At the request of individuals or organizations, we provide additional programs and consulting in a variety of areas. These areas include, but are not limited to strategic planning, academic success, athletic events and other topical keynote speeches.
